This 5,000-sq-ft English Tudor was lovely restored after decades of neglect.

The property when work began

Working on the exterior of the house: restored the stucco, repaired the oak trim, restored the original windows and repainted.

The finished house

With a new roof, restored stucco, rebuilt windows, trim, a new sidewalk and a new driveway, this house is not only beautiful but comfortable to live in.

The new kitchen was built in the space former library space. The original kitchen was in the back of the house and was converted to the new family room.

The entryway and main staircase after all the paint had been removed from the oak trim and restained to bring back the original glory.
